    Daily Affirmation!

    I release the day's worries and grant myself peace.

    I felt this down in my soul when I first heard it. Each night, I try to let everything go and just be. For me, this looks like me turning my couch into a bed, getting comfy with pillows, air conditioning, and a cozy blanket, and listening to an audiobook before bed. It actually helps me sleep. Not every night, but most nights I conk right out when I usually stay awake for hours with a full head going 190 mph.
